    Course is divided into 5 units

    • Unit 1 – Understanding training profession
    • Unit 2 – Introduction to teaching strategy & methodology
    • Unit 3 – Memory based learning approach
    • Unit 4 – Fundamentals for effective training delivery
    • Unit 5 – Managing feedback and assessments

    How is the course qualification assessed?

    Assessment is meant for measuring candidate’s skill, knowledge and proficiency against the set in qualification. It is one among the assessment part in which the learner should prepare a short presentation on training and deliver it through a short video which should be uploaded on LMS platform. The course assessor would review the video and give appropriate feedback on whether the provided content meets the criteria to pass

    Attempts for assessments:

    The candidate will get one free attempt if not accomplished during the first time. If the student fails one more time, the student would be coordinated to the beginning of the units once more.

    In case the student fails in third attempt, the course will get locked and they need to enlist for the course resit where a different resit fees applies.
    A limit of 2 resits within 2 years of time from date of first registration would be allowed.

    Subsequent to the resit, if the student is unsuccessful again, he/she needs to apply as a fresh registration and has to start the course from the beginning.
