    Is this qualification equivalent to a degree?

    This OTHM Level 7 diploma on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) is equivalent to a master’s degree. But OTHM Level 7 diplomas are shorter with 120 credits. The learners of the course should have to progress towards the dissertation stage (60 credits) along with a university partner and thus can attain a full master’s programme.

    To acquire a ‘pass’ in a unit, the learners have to present evidence that showcases their ability to meet all the learning outcomes and the standards as per the assessment criteria.

    The assessor has the responsibility to offer an audit trail indicating the judgement of the overall achievement of learners.
