Advanced Diploma in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental Management (ADOSHEM)
ADOHSEM (Advanced Diploma in Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Management) is a comprehensive health and safety program for workers recognised by the ministry of foreign affairs in India and GCC. The course deals with all safety concerns associated with different work environments.
The curriculum and training methodology are specially made to ensure that it can be understood and followed by delegates from across the countries and also by workers at different levels of their profession. ADOSHEM course, offered as distance and e-learning modes, makes individuals competent HSE professionals, who can independently manage workplace safety and health.
The HSE training course also coaches all international standards, procedures and principles to students and working professionals to make them employable as safety experts anywhere in the world.
What are the objectives of ADOSHEM?
ADOHSEM course makes learners understand the importance of achieving safe and healthy work condition. At the same time, tutors also make delegates understand the fact that none of their actions should affect the safety, security and health of co-workers and company properties.
The safety officer course, which is tailor-made to meet the industry-oriented safety requirements, enhances the skills, technical know-how and knowledge of candidates on various occupational hazards and health management systems. Workers and students are taught on work hygiene, accident prevention methods and workplace hazards, etc.

Paper 5: ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
Candidates are required to submit a project on Industrial Safety before appearing for the theory examinations along with a project report to the Department.
What are the durations of the exams?
Paper I & Paper 2 : 2 hours written exam – 10 questions (no choice) – 100 marks
Paper 3 & Paper 4 : 2 hours written exam – 10 questions (no choice) – 100 marks
Paper 5 : 1 hour written exam – 8 questions (no choice) – 100 marks
Paper 6 : Practical assessment – 100 marks

Are there any Seminars for ADOSHEM?
Seminar classes
A twelve-day seminar (non-compulsory) will be conducted at GWG Education Centers in Saudi Arabia.
Expert tutors will be available on all working days to clear students’ doubts in the subjects through emails and telecommunication.
Will course material be provided?
Delegates can get international standard study material, which is published by Green World Group. The publication is authorised and promoted by the Government of India.
What are the certifications I will get after completing the tests and when do I get them?
Successful candidates will get the certificate within a month (from the date of announcement of result). Certificate & Mark List will be provided by Central Board of Examination & National Development agency, Government of India. Merit certificates will be issued for those securing distinction and first class.
What is the Fee Structure for ADOSHEM?
The fee for ADOSHEM training course includes all relevant course materials, administration fee and examination fee.
ADOSHEM Course can be studied in any of the centres spread across Saudi Arabia – Jubail, Dammam, Yanbu and Al Khobar.
