Diploma in Environmental Safety
Diploma in Environmental Safety training program offered by Green World Group is applicable to employees/workers who are responsible to contain environmental pollution from their factories or work units and also to prevent health hazards among co-workers. This training programme is also suitable for aspiring students who want to make a career as environment safety managers, experts, practitioners or officers in industries which emit hazardous gases, affluent or let out poisonous gases/chemicals to the environment.
The one-year course on Environmental Safety Management at work places educates participants the key responsibilities a safety officer has to shoulder in working environments involving hazardous conditions. The course trains them to become highly proficient in the latest know-how and technology on environment safety engineering and hazardous waste disposal management.
The participants also taught on various facts and advantages on keeping the work environment clean and safe for workers concerned. Diploma in Environmental Safety, which is available at Green World Group centres across USE such as Jubail, Dammam and Yanbu, has included core topics in the occupational safety, health and environment management systems focusing on environmental safety measures.
Students completing this course can join as environment safety experts/ environmental engineer/environmental officer in any environment setups or become independent environment safety managers for various work setups.
How will I be assessed?
Students have to clear four theory papers and one practical assessment test, which will be tested by occupational health and safety experts.
What are the durations of the exams?
Candidates should appear for combined written examinations for paper 1 and paper 2 which will have 10 compulsory questions carrying ten marks each to be attended in two hours. Similarly, a combined paper 3 and paper 4 will have ten compulsory questions carrying a total of 100 marks for two hours.
Are there any seminars for Diploma in Environmental Safety?
A twelve-day (non-compulsory) workshop/seminar will be held with an extra fee at GWG Business Centres across Saudi Arabia. Students are advised to contact their tutors on all working days to clear their doubts on any subject through either e-mail or phone.
Will the course material be provided?
Students will be provided with all relevant study material which are international standards and prescribed by experts in the relevant field. Published by Green World Group, the course material are approved by the Government of India.
What are the certifications I will get after completing the tests and when will I get them?
The certificates and mark sheets will be issues to students within a month of date of announcement of results. Issued by Central Board of Examination and National Development agency, Government of India, additional certificates will be issued to meritorious students who secure distinction or first class.
What is the Fee Structure for Diploma in Environmental Safety?
Students have to pay the fee before the start of the class and the course fee includes examination fee, administration fee and study material.
